Warranty
Coverage: All physical products include a limited manufacturer warranty of 12 months from delivery (unless otherwise specified on the product page).

Returns & Refunds
Satisfaction guarantee period: 30 days from delivery.
Condition: unused, in perfect condition, with original packaging and accessories.
Shipping costs: original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is paid by the customer (unless the item is defective or an error is ours).
Refund: once the product is received and inspected, we process the refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Non-returnable items: personal-use items (e.g., opened in-ear headphones), software/downloads, gift cards, customized products, used items, and opened consumables.
Exchanges
Size/color/model: within 30 days, subject to availability.
The customer pays for return and reshipping costs (unless it is our error).
Cancellations
