Returns & Refunds
Satisfaction guarantee period: 30 days from delivery.
Condition: unused, in perfect condition, with original packaging and accessories.
Shipping costs: original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is paid by the customer (unless the item is defective or an error is ours).
Refund: once the product is received and inspected, we process the refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Exchanges
